calling to schedule a chimney inspection was really easy. even though they were busy, they managed to get me in after someone else canceled. miguel, the technician who came to my house, was friendly, fast, and really knew what he was doing. he understood that i had a tight schedule and got my chimney swept quickly. he also checked everything for repairs right away and explained a few suggestions for future use, including the best type of chimney cap for my home. i'm very grateful for the great customer service from beginning to end. i'm definitely planning to use this company again here in austin!
