I picked up my marriage ring today wanting it to be cleaned and repaired. The repairs look horrible! You can tell exactly which diamonds were missing because they are shorter than the other diamonds. The resizing job looks too thin and uneven. There’s scuffs all over the ring and it looked so dirty! I had to soak it in warm water when I got home to clean it, which I asked for when I first dropped off the ring and it wasn’t even done!! After soaking it, diamond already fell out! I was promised that the prongs would be tightened but not even and hour after picking it up I’m already missing another diamond!!!! I’m very unhappy about paying $180... Read full review

Brought in a link bracelet to be re-sized. Customer service was great and they helped me measure to make sure I was taking the correct amount of links off. Just picked it up and it fit perfectly. Very helpful staff and the resize was very affordable ($30 to account for the new gold and labor.) On the drive home I realized they must have cleaned and polished it too because it looks brand new and I didn’t even ask them to do that. Will definitely be coming back
