Very professional and courteous David arranged a tow truck and fixed my truck the same day and I had been waiting a week on a different shop. Hands down the best mechanic shop I’ve been to in Oklahoma. I will use them from now on. Great friendly service at a great price and repaired the same day. Hopefully I won’t need another repair anytime soon but if I do it won’t be a thought where I go. Thanks you guys are great keep it up

A few years back I had a couple bad experiences at Erik’s Pitstop with them making silly mistakes like not putting my oil cap back on and just leaving it sittting on the engine. So for years I drove all the way to Marlow to have my oil changed. Since it’s been a few years I thought I would give them another chance and boy was that a mistake. Since they changed my oil a couple days ago, my car has been leaking oil all over my garage. My car is only a few years old and never had a issue before. I brought it back this morning and they told me to pull up behind another car, then start working on the car in the opposite bay. After waiting 45... After waiting 45 minutes to get into the bay, they tell me there is no leak. I show them the picture of oil all over my garage and they insist it’s water from the air conditioner. I explain that I felt of it and it’s definitely oil and they argue with me and insist it’s not. Like I don’t know what oil is? These guys are a joke, it back to Marlow for me.
