Not only did they engrave my son's bracelet and fix my kids' broken necklaces, but they also made the necklaces shorter, and all for a very low price. What a lovely store!! We needed to size my husband's ring and it took maybe 5 days, was less than 20 dollars. I couldn't believe it, I will recommend this place to everyone I know! Very polite gal at the counter helped us with everything we needed A++
