I stopped in today to get my ring cleaned and was happy to see that she now owns the shop! The atmosphere is great, the jewelry is beautiful and Sydney is so welcoming. I contacted Sidney to create a custom mother's ring, and she brought my idea to life! It's perfect! I live in a different state, and communication was all done through email. Sidney was quick to respond to emails, and the whole process was efficient! Previously, she created a custom ring for my mom out of some of my mom's old jewelry, and it came out beautifully! Both Sidney and Matt are friendly, helpful, and know their stuff. I'd hands down recommend shopping at Eric's Diamonds.

After I showed Josh what I envisioned he emailed Eric’s Diamonds and got a response almost immediately and we recieved the best customer service! I highly recommended getting your wedding set done here (or any other customized jewelry and they also do engraving)!
They also have the sweetest office dogs 🥰!
