Jun 5, 2026Randy came out on a remedial visit and diagnosed a blown fuse in our unit in the crawl space. He fixed the fuse, and the unit was restored to operation. Great service from Randy as always. He is an asset to the company! 5/28/26: Dashawn came out snd reset some thermostat error messages we had. We are going to order our own UV replacement bulbs for the two Reme-Halo units we have, as ER Services was going to charge 3x the cost of what we can get from Amazon, per bulb. Otherwise, service was prompt and professional as always.
