Just look at all of the 5 star reviews! I will ONLY go to Epic ZellPhone for my needs, and I don't even live in King.
Went to get my screen fixed and now my phone says there’s fake parts. Face id doesn’t work. Flashlight doesn’t Work. Back Camera doesn’t work. And the phones glitchy. They told me just to restart the phone and i did. i took my loss on that day.
Hey y'all, I found the cell phone store that I didn't know I needed! My Samsung phone fell about 29 inches to the floor - not the first time, hurray for Otterbox. But this time it hit solidly on its back with a loud thud. When I picked it up, oops, the screen was blank; only the backlight would come on. Ugh, I looked up stores that offered same-day service, but there is no telling what random person would look at it. By word of mouth, I was referred to Epic Zellphone in King. The owner Jorge has his store right on Main Street beside Lowe's Foods, so convenient. He and his tech Joseph took the phone and had it ready with a new screen in about... They are both very knowledgeable and have an easy manner that can't be beat. Jorge keeps a neat inventory of accessories: chargers, cables, holders and etc. The old saying goes "if they don't have it, you probably don't need it" lol. Great guy, very helpful and honest with fair prices. I bumped into his display rack and knocked down some sunglasses, and he was super nice about it. Highly recommend.
Super helpful and friendly! He immediately pointed me to the cases for my phone (Samsung Galaxy S25) and let me try a few on my device before deciding. Knowledgeable about the cases and their different features, even had the magnetic pop socket that was made for it, as well as the glass screen protector, which he put on my phone for me so I wouldn't have any trouble with the placement.
