Epic pools installed our 16x40 “Aspen” pool and Spa in 2021. We had a wonderful experience and continue to use Epic pools for maintenance and all of our pool chemical needs. All aspect of this company has exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend!
I can’t say enough about our experience with Epic Pools. The customer service is exceptional. Brittany is amazing and so easy and professional to communicate with. Ryan and Brian are both Knowledgeable, hard working and responsive. We have an older pool and they updated our equipment, retiled and put an automatic cover on. We are having them do more projects this spring. Can’t recommend them enough!!
Epic Pools installed our pool a couple of years ago and they have been doing our regular, twice per month, maintenance since then. We did pit research online and with friends in the area who also had pools done around this time and during the pandemic when pool sales went crazy. We heard frustrating stories about other providers and saw lackluster results. We are so glad we chose Epic. Their installation was relatively quick and hassle free. Our pool is gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier with it. Bryan was our consultant and he took a true interest in our needs and how we wanted it to look. The most brilliant shining star here is Brittany—she is the regular client service specialist and coordinator and when I tell you she is responsive and dedicated, I don’t even know if that is adequate to describe her. For us, she has been the key to our satisfaction, communicating with us and following up regardless of “work hours.” On the rare occasion something isn’t fully addressed, we know we can count on Brittany to wrangle the right staff to get things done. We highly recommend Epic Pools for anyone on our area. They are not the lowest cost provider, but their efficiency, dependability, and customer service (Brittany!) are invaluable.
