Epic did an incredible job building and designing our new deck. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed with how the Skylift roof turned out. I highly recommend Epic Construction for the best design concepts, consistent communication, and fair pricing.

Their crew came to replace the roof a day after we had a heavy rain. I asked them kindly to move their vehicles out of yard and to park in the street and was laughed at by the big older white gentleman on the crew. They were breaking city ordinance by parking there not to mention that’s where the underground gas and water lines are located. Ended up having to call the police to have them move their vehicles out of the yard, and then when they moved their vehicles, they were very smug about it and made sure to leave half of their vehicles still in the yard as you can see in the pictures. It really could’ve been an easy fix on their end. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I cannot rate the repairs on the roof yet because they are still working on it. Yes, I am a tenant, but I’ve lived here for 15 years. The property maintenance company has only owned this building maybe for two if that, I knew there was water and gas lines where you were parked, that was too hard for your employees to understand the police never said that if they were called back that I would be the one that would be in trouble, not sure where you got that information from and I was not acting irrational. Yes, it is a city ordinance not to park on soft surfaces. I called the city before I called the police. The city is who told me to call the nonemergency police number just because you’re hired to do a job doesn’t mean you have the right to park in their yard. Your response shows your customer service.The roofing job they did was good, no leaks!
