We used a different local company for 9 years to service our three homes . We began encountering several expensive issues related to their poor quality of work and errors with pipe and water related issues. Breaking off a drain, leaving water in the pipes which then froze and broke the pipe, using too much pressure when blowing out the lines which created separation at the pipe joints. We switched to Epic Backflow last spring and we are extremely satisfied with their work. Excellent communication, prompt service and reasonable pricing.

We have used epic back flow 2 years now. They’re wonderful! The first year we had a part needing replaced and they had it on hand and replaced it right then and there. Very easy to schedule with and we will continue using them.

According to the many reviews this couple is the best. Unfortunately, I must have caught them on a bad day. They showed up at my house at 9:30AM on Sunday knocking on my door. They said they couldn't access my back yard because my truck was parked to close to the fence. It was close but can be opened from the other side. Their demeanor was short and they appeared to be in an extreme hurry. I get it. They are trying to get as many blowouts done in a day as possible. I indicated there is a unobstructed gate on the opposite side of the house. They very soon after knocked on the door again indicating they wanted me to move my two cars back from the gate. They literally walked away as they said this to me and made it half way across the yard before I could reply. I said every other blow company that has done it never had a problem but immediately went and got my keys. I moved my first car as they were scrambling around. As I exited the vehicle I found myself annoyed at them. The way they came in hot and communicated abruptly and with no courtesy. They seemed annoyed I didn't immediately match their urgency. I made the comment that they didn't have very good problem-solving skills. They asked how. I suggested have more hose as one solution. I am not sure how the previous companies were able to do it differently. They said they couldn't fit between the truck and the house to get to the gate. I said I am able to get there fine and even enter the vehicle to park it. It's about 1.5 to 2 feet clearance. As I was moving my second truck they got in theirs and drove off. Apparently, they were triggered by my criticism. I would suggest they interact with people with a little more professionalism in the future. I'm sorry me voicing some mild displeasure was too overwhelming but it was a mild comment and not every customer is going to be happy all the time. Everyone encounters similar situations and manage remain friendly and get the job done. It's part of doing business. They came to my house and were in my opinion not courteous or friendly and then when I matched their demeanor acted like I wronged them. They set the tone of the interaction. I don't commonly have problems with people. I am pretty understanding. If my food order is wrong, I'm likely to just eat it.
