My tv got hit with a power surge from a storm. Retails for about 1700$ was unsure what to do. Brought it out to Engel Audio in elmsford NY and he was able to replace a power board component that he ordered from sony, all in all 310$ so the tv is back up and running 100%. The service took a few days. Very nice person. Thanks for the help.
Adam was really friendly and helpful when diagnosing a problem with my older LG OLED TV. It ended up being unfixable in this case. But its great to have a knowledgeable, fair (didn't end up charging me anything) electronics repair guy in your corner. Will use Adam again the next time something comes up with my TVs and other electronics.
I called in this afternoon spoke with Don (or Mike). He was extremely helpful and professional on the phone. You can tell he’s been in the business a long time — very knowledgeable and honest. Even though he couldn’t take this particular repair, he took the time to explain things clearly. Great service and a real gentleman to deal with.
