They are willing to work with us despite my male Karen of a neighbor harassing them threatening bad reviews. All for doing thier job on MY PROPERTY. I asked Empire Electric to come out for some outlets at our dental office that weren’t working. The technician, Jeremiah, was friendly, on time and quickly went to work. The great news was that it was just a GFCI outlet that needed to be reset. He didn’t charge me for the visit and told me he would be there for us when we did have an issue. I definitely will call them in the future. Highly recommend them!
