We were on the road with our camper when our AC went kaput. Brady was able to fit us in to their schedule. They diagnosed our system and we were back on the road in a couple of hours. Appreciate the friendly, honest service!
Kurt and his guys are pretty awesome. Six months ago l just moved back home to KF after being across the country for 20 years and had to leave my most awesome mechanic and shop behind for good, but dad's been coming here for years and really likes Kurt, so l brought my project truck here and couldn't be happier with them. For the naysayers and their reviews... they don't look at the world through realistic lenses and understand that "estimates" are just that, estimating until further opened and finding reality. Kurt and his guys are awesome; they totally accommodate my unusual life schedule and always make time for me. They are very friendly,... Kurt and his guys are pretty awesome. The crappy reviews, IMO, are from losers, because if you can't make nice with Kurt, you're the problem! Just saying.
I made an appointment for my Ford escape to get an intake leak fixed, reported that it had a whistle under acceleration and could not pull doke over 50 mph. Came and picked my vehicle up payed the invoice while waiting for the mechanic to return from his test drive, when the mechanic came back he handed the service manager the keys and as far as I could tell didn't indicate there were any problems on the test drive. When I left to go home within 100 yards the vehicle was doing exactly what I brought it in for so I'm not sure what the purpose of having the mechanic do a driveability test if he doesn't have the ability to tell there is a proble... You say the repair was done as asked, that's not completely true when I dropped it off I was asked just the base gasket or both and I said whatever it takes to repair the vehicle, the real problem is whomever it was that drove the vehicle after the fact obviously has zero driveability diagnostic ability because it was obvious nothing was repaired but you still charged like the repair had been made. That's why I'll never be back lack of accountability for what truly happened.
Emmett's is the ONLY place I will have my vehicles serviced. Kurt and his employees do an amazing job. Whether it be getting my car in quickly or shuttling me around when my car is being serviced, they are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond.
