Came in to the shop today to have a screen replacement done on my Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop they did an awesome and amazing job very nice guys will come back again if i have any issues or wanna look at another device in the future.
Had a pretty sudden busted screen but were cool with a specific payment plan. When things went wrong and we got a bad aftermarket screen Payton was super nice to loan me another phone for the weekend. Recommending this place to a lot of people.
Amazing! Matt and Elisha are so helpful and friendly. My 2015 MacBook Pro 13” battery replacement was done in an hour. Highly highly recommend. They also sell refurbished computers at excellent prices.
Completely transparent review. I came a while back to get my phone repaired and in all honesty, it was a nightmare. I came back after the replacement battery I paid for was defective and they recovered amazingly. Payton made sure to make up for everything and treated me amazing, fixing the mistakes with no cost or question, that’s good business, shoutout these guys.
Outstanding service and 5-Stars across the board! My husband bought a refurbished MacBook Pro from Emergency Tech Repair [ETR] about 2 years ago. He paid a fraction of the cost of a new MacBook and hasn't had any issues with it since! My 2019 iMac desktop was running slow and started shutting down. I am not tech-savvy, and my ignorance and frustration led me to take my computer to ETR for service. My technician's name was Matthew. He was very personable and incredibly helpful! Matthew ran a diagnostic and adjusted some things that I don't understand. He also discovered that my computer was bogged down with tons of useless saved files, as well... I was treated as a valued customer, and received expert service and advice. My husband and I highly recommend Emergency Tech Repair for all your computer needs!
