Mark is great....professional, knowledgeable and came to the rescue for my business and home. I have a natural hair salon that had a clogged shampoo bowl and my kitchen sink at home was clogged as well. Mark came out and fixed both issues the same day! Thank you so much for saving the day Mark! Now I can get back to running my business and shampooing hair! When I get home I can relax because the issues with my kitchen sink have been solved as well. 😊

After a recommendation from a friend, I called Mark Friddle Plumbing on Friday, 2/10/23, at 8:30AM. Left him a voicemail to please call me about a hot water heater replacement. He finally calls me back the following Tuesday afternoon, 2/14/23, and we talk. However, I'm at an appointment, but he wants to come to my home then and look to see what the job entails. I agreed to that. My wife calls me 20 minutes later and says he did come and look at things, and he told her he would call back to give us an estimate of the cost. After a couple of days without hearing from him, I left him voicemails on 2/17, 2/20 & 2/21/23. If you don't want to do a job, be a man and just call and say so. I've subsequently seen reviews of Mark Friddle Plumbing on other sites from other people, saying the same thing happened to them. My job wasn't urgent, but if your situation is, for goodness sake (and your own peace of mind), call anyone but Mark Friddle Plumbing. What a sorry way to run a business.
