We found ourselves, “In Good Hands” with EDR after a kitchen fire. They did an excellent job with the clean up, my house was organized. more than ever before! The house was filled with smoke and our kitchen needed painting, we very pleased with the recovery! thank you EDR TEAM!
After waking up to water in most of our first floor, we were at a loss at what to do. A friend suggested we contact Emergency Disaster Recovery INC. We called them and they were great from the start. We called on Sunday and someone actually answered the phone. We get approval from our insurance carrier to start the mitigation and EDR was out on Monday and started to dry out our home and remove water damaged flooring, baseboard, trim and walls. Love them. I can't thank them enough. I was overwhelmed with the damage to my basement and Joe and Mitch were patient and kind and they worked hard on helping me recover what I could. Kyle in the office worked with my insurance company on my claim.

Opened up areas that needed drying to avoid mold, using multiple dryers strategically to remove moisture.
