Very thorough with his servicing of my a/c unit. I had a problem and knew something was up but I knew I had a scheduled maintenance appointment coming up so I let him know when he arrived. He showed up on time. Sent pictures of the unit to me including before and after, while he was working on it so I was well informed the whole time. Fixed the issues promptly in the same visit. Re-Scheduled a visit to complete the maintenance part since my unit had frozen over. And we needed it to thaw. Did the cleaning of the unit today and everything nearly looks like new.
