We have used ETG for several years now and always have had the best service for all of our needs. All of the techs do a fantastic job at everything from basic customer service with "dumb" questions we have to equipment installations. Would highly recommend ETG for any and all business needs. Computers, security camera and door systems, and phone systems. They are our go to for our tech needs!
I’m ecstatic about the help I received from Emerald Technology Group! I had a dual monitor issue that felt like trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. Should have been an easy "plug and play" right? Not for me! Despite my tech cluelessness and vague descriptions, Daniel helped me out and tackled the problem with patience and expertise. He managed to decipher my tech mumbo jumbo without making me feel like a total novice.
