EMCO did an excellent job removable of old gas heating system and cleaned up area…..home warranty company chose this company. In the beginning of ordering process there was a problem with original order he ordered the wrong size unit that was too big for to run 2300 square foot 3 level home. My family had to wait literally 3 weeks for correct furnace to get installed as a result we ran up our electric bill from running gas oven, 8 new energy efficient electric space heaters, I’m not happy with my warranty company because I was told a refund check for $200 would be mailed to me for from recent purchases of heaters, still no check as of today....EMCO did an excellent job removable of old gas heating system and cleaned up area…..home warranty company chose this company. All they want is money money money deductible paid a told of $300 and another $710 hade pay upfront before he would do anything. No payment plans accepted according to 2 ladies answering calls. Really frustrating for me.
The unknown name man talked very fast after he was explaining what I need to do for maintaining upkeep yearly and maintenance. He had me sign off electronically on his phone and he tried to rush out the door before I could ask him to repeat what he said to me so that I could write it down. He was definitely polite, respectful, and kind enough to answer me.

Rick from Emco Tech Heating and Cooling did an excellent job installing my new water heater today. I have a home warranty service though Cinch, and Cinch referred me to Emco Tech for installation, due to my old water heater was not repairable. Rick arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and took the time to clearly answer all of my questions about the new unit. Rick also removed and hauled away my old water heater, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Based on the high level of professionalism and service Rick provided, I would absolutely contact Emco Tech again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

This was an experience that I don't want to have anymore when a technician comes to your home they are supposed to have the appropriate material when entering someone's home, every technician should have shoe booties to put on or over their shoes, especially when it is raining or snowing or any inclement weather outside. I should not have to argue with a technician to put plastic bags on his feet because he's afraid he's going to fall but you were entering my home carrying snow and water all on the floor this is unacceptable. Do Over: this company I can say has excellent follow-up customer service feedback because after leaving my prior message they called me back and they rectified the situation by allowing another technician which came in with the booties on his shoes and was very professional and very courteous, he attempted to put a filter in side of my HVAC and even though the filter is like this I feel like it is not done correctly but he said he did not have the right size of the filter and it makes me a little uncomfortable but it was done and they somewhat corrected the problem however me not knowing and having to get a second opinion which I will. I have included a photo, but I don't think a filter is supposed to stick out like this. The tech called the office because he did not speak English enough to understand me and the lady at the office says that she has the same filter sticking out of her HVAC, however problem was corrected, I hope and I can also say that the customer service was awesome.
