Ember Keepers Chimney and Fireplace

Josh and Michael were very knowledgable and thorough with their inspection. They explained exactly what we needed and both were extremely pleasant. I would recommend them any time.

Michael and Josh were great! They were very nice, professional, took the time to explain everything to me as they went and also after the chimney sweep. They gave me recommendations without pushing things I don't need. I was so appreciative of that. They are getting me a quote for something they recommended and I believe I need, as well. Last but not least, they took care to keep and leave the area in and around the fireplace spotless. I will recommend them and Embers to my friends and family.

We received two texts from your company today, one confirming the appointment today and one letting me know he was on the way. When he arrived we asked him what did the name on his shirt meant. He explained that was the new name of your company. An email advising me of this change would have been nice!. Michael was very courteous and friendly and cleaned the fireplace. He also inspected the damper and closed it because the damper unit was bent and the rod that closed and opens it could not be attached. Michael was great technician. Communicated well, professional and on time. Kept me in the loop the entire time during inspection. With also giving me multiple options going forward with quotes on all the options. Very satisfied with work.
