This has been my best experience at a mechanic in my 18 years in D.C! Tommy took my car in immediately when I brought in. He even took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the car and walk me through what was happening. My experience here was such a relief to know Me and my car were in good hands. I recommend this mechanic highly.
Excellent service and really nice and respectfully people working here! I needed some things done to a car a recently purchased. They took care of it immediately as I pulled in and had it back to me just a few hours later. They went above and beyond and helped me find a place to get great used / new tires for a cheap price I’m the area and ran an inspection for me before I took the car to through inspection for no charge. Great people and very trustworthy with price and the guidance they provide with issues concerning your vehicle.
I come into this shell station at least once a week. To fuel up my vehicles. This location is very clean and upstanding. On the side of the shell you will find yourself a small but honest auto shop. There owner is very polite professional and his shop is well put together. I came in today due to my tire being low. He helped fill it up without upselling me simply helping with problem and saving my commute getting to work. This buiness is the mechanic you should come to it's clean upstanding with professionals that truly are there to help. Solid service and excellent workmanship! Arriving in DC from out of town in January during a snowstorm, I struck a curb and did quite a bit of damage to my BMW's left front tire and steering. This service shop was close to my hotel, so I brought the car to them. The manager (Waleed) was understanding and did a quick assessment for me. He provided pictures of the damage and his team seemed capable, so I left the car with them. Over the course of many days, Waleed worked diligently with my insurer, kept me informed and went "above and beyond" to be sure I was satisfied. It was a complicated repair job.
