They were upfront and transparent throughout the entire process, especially with their quote. They clearly explained what could increase or decrease the price and always talked through any changes before moving forward.
The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. I saw them go the extra mile several times to make sure everything was perfect—even redoing sections when needed to get it just right that we probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise.
