I hired Elite Housewashing & Property Maintenance LLC to complete a kitchen renovation that included cabinets, drywall, flooring, painting, and plumbing. Unfortunately, the project resulted in significant property damage and incomplete work. My brand-new items: refrigerator, storm door (including scratches and being held open improperly), door hardware, and electrical outlets, along with the range were sprayed with oil-based primer and paint overspray due to improper prep work. My brand-new items: refrigerator, storm door (including scratches and being held open improperly), door hardware, and electrical outlets, along with the range were sprayed with oil-based primer and paint overspray due to improper prep work. The new cabinets were installed out of alignment, with visible gaps, and the plumbing was routed through the sink and base cabinet, reducing usable storage space and requiring correction before countertops and the sink can be installed. Flooring was installed before the rest of the work was ready, resulting in significant primer overspray damage to the flooring that was installed in February as well. My kitchen was left without a functioning sink or countertops, and I will need to hire other professionals to correct the work. I tried to work with him, but after multiple no-shows without communication and leaving the work site for hours at a time, I didn't feel comfortable allowing him to proceed given the amount of damage already done and how the situation was being handled. He told me multiple times to just take him to small claims court and offered to file on my behalf. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I encourage anyone considering hiring this company for remodeling or renovation work to reconsider.
