Where do I begin? I paid $2,257 for two springs. The dude who pressured me into paying this amount completely misled me. As he was pulling out of the driveway, I flagged him down to come back because the rollers were in the wrong tracks and the door wouldn’t close. He “fixed” that but now the door won’t stay open. When I called about this, they said they had no record of doing business with me. Shame on you, Elite Garage Door, with your fake address in Brunswick and your unskilled technicians. I will tell everyone I know how awful you are.

Do NOT trust this business. The address they list on google maps is false. They subcontract with KM garage door , the work is poor. They overcharge and they will NOT reimburse for any of their faulty work. I am in the process of filing with the BBB and Attorney Generals Office.
