Called Elite and they had someone out immediately. Gaston was professional and very transparent. As a first-timer with garage repairs, I appreciated that he explained the whole process and what parts were being replaced. He did everything he said he would, the new door works and looks great!
Gaston is the extremely professional, arrived promptly and fixed my broken springs. He values quality work to the finest detail. One of my bolt on the end was missing and he gave me one just to make sure it's safe.
Wonderful experience! Gaston showed up within 1 hour of my phone call and fixed the problem right away! Total time around 1-1/2 hours. The problem was the opener motor was undersized for the heavy door. The springs needed to be tightened to provide more lifting force. Hector (in the office) said to not charge me because they had replaced the springs 4 years ago when a different motor was in place. I highly recommend them and will certainly call them for any future work needed on my garage doors. Mike G.
