Thank you Aaron of Elite Air and Heating LLC for the excellent work you performed in troubleshooting my furnace that was short cycling even after the new thermostat and damper installations. Despite my difficulty in explaining the hot/cold temperature fluctuations and readings with the thermostat, your problem-solving skills produced excellent results and now my heating system is working like new! Not catching this in time, I believe would have led to more higher utility billing or even costly repairs/replacement. Thanks again for a job well done, performed with a positive, courteous, and professional attitude. Daryl is amazing let alone all other technician that have helped us out. We have a home warranty through AHS and they dispatched a different company at first. They customer service over the phone was horrendous. The person that called to schedule made me feel like I just ruined her life because I needed service. The technician was nice enough but he said that the fix was easy and no problem he just had to send it up and he’ll be back to fix it. We were contacted by AHS and it turned into our whole system needing to be replaced. Daryl was extremely professional with his communication, uniform, and how he carried himself.
