Extremely professional. His work is outstanding! I had a whole corner of my house that had been leaking for 5-10 years eventually found mold & all of my framing had rotted away so a whole corner of my house was just floating. I’m always nervous about hiring contractors and getting screwed but this is one contractor that you don’t need to worry about! I recommend him to everyone! Just do it. Don’t look anywhere else. Seriously.
In October of 2025, we had a flood in the kitchen of our St. George rental unit. Our local property manage refer us to Chris for water clean up and restoration services. We are very glad Chris came to our rescue. He and his team were very responsive to the immediate work of water clean up but he also was more than happy to work with our insurance company regarding what exactly need to be done to get our property back into a livable condition. We were so happy with the work Chris did with our kitchen flood that we hired him to do some needed work to the exterior and interior of our rental property. I have worked with Chris for 10+ years with clients and twice with my personal home. A couple years ago my ceilings fell in due to a leak in my AC, Elements came in quickly and took care of everything!! He even matched the paint "patch" and texture flawlessly! This week I have him come remodel a closet for me and turn it into a book nook--it turned out amazing!
