Had issue with wife’s iPhone. Could not get appointment at Apple Store or Best Buy for a day or two. Stopped in at ER+ and was fixed up in an hour. Friendly staff and willing to explain issue so I could understand. Will go back if/when I need any additional help.

I was in a panic because my phone suddenly stopped working. I had a recent death in my family, and I was desperate and in a panic. When I walked in, he was calm and I handed in my phone which he fixed in record time. He was so kind and price was right. I will definitely go back for any future or computer phone needs.
