I had originally brought in my older MacBook Pro model for issues on the display screen.i was initially helped by a younger employee- rather curt fellow. He took one glimpse at the laptop & that was enough for him to deduce the issue was a “typical case for screen replacement”. He offered no explanation of service nor ran any diagnosis (not sure if this is standard practice?). After being told that it would take 1 week there was quite a delay. What bothered me was that the issue not only persisted but WORSENED after my replacement at this location. Updates: Owner called me back and offer and revisit to check in the speaker issue by their main technician. They did find its a lost connection and fixed it in about 2 hours. Over all experience isn't prefect foe my case but the owner tried to correct it First review: We asked they help to replace a keyboard. Once its done, speaker no sound. Bring back to ask for a fix they say its nothing they can do but ask for another $80 for replace the speaker. The service is bad that they order 3 times of keyboard part, first time was 2024 dec, we have to wait 1 month to get the part but then they told us to order the wrong one. So we cancel the job. N... Electronics beyond took care of my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen very quickly, I brought in on Christmas Eve with 20 minutes to spare. And they helped me very quickly and affectively.

I had an excellent experience with Luciano at Electronic Beyond. Although they did not have the specific part I needed in stock, Luciano went above and beyond by providing a temporary replacement at no charge so I could continue using my computer in the meantime. The solution works well for now, and I will be returning soon to have the permanent repair completed. Thank you for the outstanding service.
