First time taking my vehicle there. Charged me a hours worth of work for a “simple fix” that was easily diagnosed. I asked if it was a simple fix, what took up the rest of the hour? No answer was given and I was handed the receipt. Grease was left on the handles of my car. This feels like a money grab. I will not be returning.
They told me $600 over the phone, I hesitantly agreed. Then I called them back and he said they were able to get the parts cheaper and it would be $350! I was very happy and we even had a brief conversation where I restated the price and said about $300 is more like what I was hoping to pay. Then I get to the office the next day and it's $580, I reminded them of the conversation we had and they just argued with me saying I was wrong. I paid and left respectfully
Went here to have my rig worked on here and they code read it and charged me a ton; they did nothing to fix the code said it was a tow hitch reading that “ all Subarus have.” Then had the error code read by an actual expert and it turned out to be a catalytic converter code and electrical specialist allowed me to drive around with a faulty engine for years. Because they failed to read a basic error code. This place is running a scam; they charge people hundreds for doing zero work. Probably thought because I was a college student and my mom may have paid that they could scam me by lying about my error code. Finally got some cady cleaner Ang i... Great service, friendly support. Took my car in and they did tons of tests until they were able to figure out the issue, and only charged me for actual service work time. Will come back here if I need to.
