Every problem I have had with appliances over the years (and I have had several) have been solved with advice and parts from this store. The owner has even given me valuable advice without buying parts many times. If I could give him a higher rating than 5 stars I would. Helpful, polite, knowledgeable, patient....what more could you ask for.
Chip was very helpful with my order. I ordered my parts right before closing on a Thursday and he called me at 10am on Friday when my parts arrived. Faster than Amazon!!! I will definitely be going back to Chip for any of my future appliance parts needs. Great service and very reasonable prices.
