Curtis was on time, thorough, expert, focused on doing it right AND saving the customer money. Great communication from the office before the appointment. Curtis messaged his imminent arrival (with his picture - safety element). I was impressed by the fact that Curtis was an employee of Elder, not an independent contractor. That means that Elder was willing to bear responsibility for the work.

Curtis Baker is a highly skilled worker with over 30 years experience. This is the second time Curtis has done repair work for us! Both jobs were completed expediently and perfectly!
