Ethan was able to get the job done quickly and his work is fantastic! Took about 10 minuets for measurements, got glass ordered, about two weeks later he was able to install in under 30 minuets! Highly recommend and will be using him for all out future window services!
I rarely write reviews, but Ethan deserves some recognition. He was a pleasure to work with. Ethan made things extremely easy, did awesome work for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him. He handled a variety of tasks for me and was extremely easy to communicate with.
We needed a large bedroom window replaced before the long winter set in. Ethan and his team were the only business In the Valley that were able to start the job immediately. He came to our house to get the job started with in an hour of making our first call to him. It was wonderful to be able to easily text back and forth with Ethan, very responsive and professional. Our window is complete and looks amazing. I would recommend this business to anyone who wants the job done Right and Quickly. Thanks!!!
Ethan has assisted us in a number of repairs to our townhome, including servicing our windows. He did a fantastic job with our windows. We could not be happier. Ethan is also set to complete several general repairs following an inspection, including refinishing a wooden door and installing new spring hinges to some interior doors. Again, we could not be happier. Ethan is the consummate professional. He explains each project fully and in layman’s terms (important to me) and completes every project timely. He’s also great at communication and has fit us in when we’ve been under some time constraints. We will absolutely use him in the future for... At this point I have been working on try8ng to get in touch with Ethan for 360 days now. There is a warranty issue with a windows he replaced and he simply will not call or text back. September 4th 2023 was the last time he spoke with me asking for pictured and he will not respond. Now I am looking at winter co I g and likely going to have to pay someone else to replace my windows again as it's filling with water. Extremely disappointed with the absolute failure of communication Ethan if you see this, which I hope you do.... you have my info. You NEED to get a hold of me
