A few days ago, my son got the jack of the headphones stuck into the Nintendo Switch. Being that I work in Downtown Hartford, but live outside of town. I decided to stop by this business and get the tip of the jack removed. The Nintendo was in working condition, both controllers were working prior to the drop off. I left the Nintendo for 5 hours, after picking it up that night at home- the Nintendo’s right controller was no longer working/connecting. We tried everything, even buying new controllers. The Right side of the Dock does not work, thus not allowing for a controller to connect.
