The team of workers were so pleasant, neat and organized. They completely cleaned everything when finished each day. The quality of work was really nice and the product is durable and stylish. We are overall very pleased with the new siding.
I had a leak in my porch roof last year which after a few attempts was solved.. this year after heavy rains I had a different area dripping.. my husband recently died and his wake was in a few days.. I called Lester Eicher and he promised to help me.. Mr Lester as promised sent Joshua and Goyo to help find the source of this new leakage. They checked roof and found that the previous caulking was insufficient and used professional sealant. Next they added more flashing . I mentioned to Josh about how hard it was for me to clean the vinyl sliders I have that cover my open screen porch unless I remove them from their tracks and then put them ba... I mentioned to Josh about how hard it was for me to clean the vinyl sliders I have that cover my open screen porch unless I remove them from their tracks and then put them back in...this I told him was a difficult task ,especially as a new widow. Josh listened and came up with a solution. He notched it a little and marked the part of the track where I could line the sliders up and they now came in and out easy enough for me to do alone. Josh even took the time to have me try it while he watched. Brilliant! Goyo cleaned each of my sliders for me . my porch sliders look clear clean and fabulous!. They went above and beyond for me..Josh's handiwork helped me be more self sufficient in caring for my home! They were a God send! Thank you Josh, Goyo , and Lester! They stand behind their warranty.
I was initially excited to work with Eicher’s Pro Vinyl because they’re a Georgia-based company with strong reviews, and I wanted to support local business. Unfortunately, my experience fell short—and not because of the price, but because of the lack of honesty and transparency. I was quoted $15,310 in my home and told this was the absolute best price—no tiers, no gimmicks, just the best they could offer. When I later asked for an itemized quote and about their military discount (which they advertise), I was told a 5% discount had already been applied and that the original price was actually $16,121. None of that was communicated up front, reflected in the paperwork, or explained clearly—until I pressed for clarification. What should have been a straightforward and respectful sales experience turned into a frustrating one filled with incomplete information and shifting numbers. I was ready to say yes, put money down, and move forward that same day. But the way this was handled made me lose trust—and that’s something no business should take lightly. I hope they improve, but I’d caution others to ask for everything in writing, up front.
