They messed up my daughter's whole electrical system and she spend 3,000 cash to fix her car.. I don't not recommend!!

Auto shops are all going to leave your pocketbook empty if much is needed, but what matters is I trust the work. Great place 👌 and they will never try selling you something you don't need! - Edit... this was reviewing the integrity of the last shop but I believe they switched owners or something but look here guys I spent 2200 dollars with you a yr and a half ago, and I came to realize over time I got charged almost 550 in work that was NOT done...I asked for a tire in the back to get patched, but needed done from the inside not a plug, I can do that, but had to take it to diversified tire, they said it never came off the rim, and there wa... And then you told me that you had to replace the passenger side caster&camber plate I can't remember the specific name but front desk said had to be changed while afterwards mechanic brought up how much he had to fight it to get it to turn but did eventually, FYI guys it's called heat...does wonders...but had someone else inspect it, and nope was not new but sure got charged for it. Front desk guy was all over the place repeating himself and then saying bias things to something he just said, it was just a frustrating experience. Now I can say out of all the shops in Wasilla, EGM is still in the top few, just please, honesty goes a long way and keeps customers. First time I used these guys before they moved they were on point and honest; what is the world coming too...good luck peeps👍
