I worked with Ed Varnes and his sons to install wood flooring throughout my home and was overly impressed by the finished product. I have since sold that home and plan to use Mr. Varnes once again to install wood floors at my new home.

Wow! I just called this company to see if they were available to help repair broken seal on my hardwoods due to water damage. The person who answered the phone did well initially to advise he didn’t think his company could help. This was sufficient. However, he then added that the job was too small and not worth his or company’s time because he gets nothing out of It. Hello.. servicing all customers, great reviews and referrals to help boost more business. He doesn’t deal with the little people. Horrible, poor and disgusting response and so unprofessional. One of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a contractor from the initial contact to the final product. They met their committed dates, arrived promptly every day, began by letting us know what they were going to accomplish that day, briefed us at the end of the day on where things stood, were respective of our home and thoroughly cleaned up after they left. But, most importantly, they did a beautiful job on our hardwood floors and steps. The entire team was great.
