Las vegas coin company sent us over to Ed's Jewelry to prove our Rolex was real. Ed turned around stating that the watch is broken and we needed to pay $600 for service. Never in our entirety of have an upgraded bezel and previous services never experienced a rude Jeweler and to lie in our face. I understand the dynamic of why they sent us there. This guy needs business and every tactic to make us fell like he just broke our watch. I was frightened of the fact we allowed them to open our watch to sabatage it. Minutes after bringing it in to authenticate our rolex. Previous jewelers never treated us so cold and threatening. This guy needs business and every tactic to make us fell like he just broke our watch. I was frightened of the fact we allowed them to open our watch to sabatage it. Minutes after bringing it in to authenticate our rolex. Previous jewelers never treated us so cold and threatening. It was like a nightmare he broke our watch to offer us services. To get us to release the watch for a less of a value. Stay far away. He probably gets a cut in purchasing nice items from the coin place. To upsell an extraordinary piece well kept and maintained. Taking advantage of people for profit. The realization regardless of our job market loss. Its not worth selling anything valuable you worked so hard for and to allow predatory tactics. I asked him several times what did he do to our watch he said it wasn't working. It was like a unwell written theatrics from both sides. The first thing they assumed does it work. Yes it has been from the moment it was purchased. I have learned today. You have to be more careful of whom you allow to oppen your watch without your presence. It was like a nightmare of why would you break a watch that has never had any issues and well serviced. Don’t become a victim of this kind of tactic. This piece was better than the one he even worn. It was tasteless and predatorial tactic to charge us 600 where we can go to our main jeweler who is not desperate for a penny when you walk in his shop. We know our jeweler like we know our pets. Warning don't fall for this...FyI we decided we don't need to sell our items because we have more than this jeweler had. Falling down and getting back up and not allowing this kind of behavior and to warn others of this predatory tactic. Be aware. Stay safe in your decisions

I am so happy I found this shop. The gentlemen that helped me were friendly and professional. They replaced 2 of my watch batteries quickly and with great care. The service was fast, reliable, and honest—everything you want in a repair shop. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone who needs watch service or replacement

Had just bought a Tissot SeaCaster 1000. It had a dead battery and I was looking for a place to replace the battery. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and it cost me less than $20 for the service. They greeted with a smile and were very fast and professional. Would recommend.
