Eli came out right away to replace our spring and actually had the job done an hour before the dispatch said he would be out. As soon as he walked into the garage he knew the problem and showed me exactly what went wrong. He was so very nice and smart! Ben was our technician. He showed up early and got it done in an hour. One of our coil snapped. It was only two years old, but we knew the coils couldn’t handle the weight load, since it struggled to smoothly open the garage door. He replaced both coils with the proper specs and rewind one of the spring. He had to work in tight spaces and didn’t complained. At first, I was nervous about the estimated cost range, but in the end, it was well within our budget. Highly recommended for their quick service and expertise! Thank you, Ben!

We contacted Ed’s on a Sunday morning and they were able to fit us in quickly with a same day appointment. Noah was the technician who showed up and was not only very professional from start to finish but also very friendly which always makes interactions these days much more pleasant! Noah was informative and knowledgeable but did not pressure at all. He was quick! Also made it so we don’t hear the loud annoying screeching sound when opening/closing anymore. We’d use Ed’s again in the future and hopefully they send Noah or someone just as nice!
