Matt worked with us again to repair issues with two laptops. In one, he isolated a battery charging problem and reseated the battery to fix the charging port. In another, he cloned an old hard drive and replaced it with a much better upgrade. The work was done quickly and at a very fair price. This is the third time Matt has helped us and we confidently recommend EDS. Great doing business with an accessible and friendly local expert.

Had a wonderful experience working with EDS. The proprietor was extraordinarily patient and responsive to my technical issues. I got hacked while on a trip and his ability to help me over the phone and give me peace of mind was great. Once I returned I brought my computer to him, and he checked everything over to be sure there was no remaining malware and returned it all cleaned up. His charge was more than fair. With his expertise I once again feel safe. Priceless!
Someone like myself who does not understand computers, Matt broke everything down and explained the issues with my PC in detail that was easy for me to understand. He installed a new hard drive and the machine functions like new. Among other fixes and adjustments he tuned up and thoroughly cleaned the laptop and promised to take a second look at one particular problem should it persist after the work he has done. I was kept informed via text messages regarding his work which was completed in a couple of days. His charge for the work was quite reasonable.
