Absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a tow operator. I gave very clear instructions for my vehicle to be placed on the right side of my driveway so I would still have access to my garage. When the driver arrived, I reminded him as he was unloading the car. Instead of fixing the mistake, he told me to “call another tow,” refused to move it, and literally slammed the truck door in my face before speeding off.
Now my vehicle is blocking my garage, and when I called the company to resolve the issue, they said they were dismissing it. Their refusal to correct their mistake means I either have to pay for another tow or go without access to my own garage. Completely unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible service. I wouldn’t recommend this company to ANYONE.

I have not once ever had a bad experience with Ed’s Automotive. I’ve been here a few times & each time I’ve found the staff to be friendly, professional & honest. They are great at their job & always fair. They seem to genuinely care about helping you out as best they can. I’d recommend Ed’s over any auto shop in Fayetteville if I’m being honest. Fair prices, good people!

This place is not safe!
I brought my vehicle in for new tires and an alignment. After the alignment, the car pulled hard to the right. I later discovered the tire pressures were completely uneven side-to-side — something that should never happen, especially when an alignment is involved.
I returned and they performed another alignment. After that, the steering wheel was visibly cocked to the right while driving straight, indicating the alignment was not done correctly.

When I called the shop to explain that the car had just been there, that the original tire pressures were wrong, and that the alignment still wasn’t correct, I asked to discuss the money I paid for the alignment. Instead of listening, Matt immediately became defensive, said a refund was not happening because they had already done two alignments, accused me of talking over him, and then hung up on me.
I called back and spoke with a different employee. When I asked for Matt, I was told he was unavailable. This person was far more agreeable and said she would “process” a refund that could take up to 14 days and that I “should” receive a confirmation. No confirmation was provided. This did not feel like a genuine resolution.
While I was waiting at the shop, an elderly woman wearing a respirator came in and said she had recently gotten an oil change there and now her car was smoking. The shop told her her valve cover gasket was “destroyed,” repeatedly said it wasn’t anything they did and that it “just happened,” and then quoted her $775.
Between improper tire pressures, an alignment left with the steering wheel off-center, hostile customer service, inconsistent responses about refunds, and what I personally witnessed with another customer being pushed toward an expensive repair immediately after routine service, I have serious concerns about the quality of work and customer safety here.
I will not return and strongly recommend others go elsewhere.
