Excellent service! Our dryer wasn’t working, and they had someone here within 24 hours. The technician, Peter, diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary parts, and returned as soon as everything arrived. Peter was great to deal with — professional, friendly, and top-notch from start to finish. Clear communication, fair pricing, and now the dryer is running perfectly. Highly recommend!
Two months ago, I called to have the heating element replaced in our dryer. Today, I had them come out a second time to replace the wiring harness. I don’t believe in replacing appliances all the time, just rebuilding them. Both times, the technicians were prompt and helpful. Prices were reasonable. Hopefully, we can get a few more years use out of this dryer!
Great Prompt Service! Recommended! Prompt responses and on-time appointments. Technician Peter was very professional, friendly and kept the kitchen clean. He repaired the dishwasher promptly just as he initially diagnosed. The part took a few days wait, but it was due to holiday break. I will use Eddie’s service again when needed. Thank you.
