Edil Mendez from E & D Drywall and Painting LLC did an outstanding job removing my popcorn ceilings and replacing them with new drywall and texture. The transformation is incredible. He is very skilled with great attention to detail, a man of his word, and his pricing was very fair. He showed up when he said he would and delivered exactly what he promised. I just recently had my popcorn ceiling removed in my entire house and knocked down ceilings Applied. It looks wonderful, so bright and clean. Edil, the owner of the company, Was so professional and courteous. He worked tirelessly for four days until the job was complete. He explained what he was doing each day and what to expect the following day. He was always on time. At the end of each day, he and his wife cleaned up And prepared me for the next day. We cannot say enough about our experience with Edil and his company! We wanted the popcorn ceilings removed and smoothed and painted in our whole house, as well as medicine cabinets filled in for a bathroom remodel, and a few cracks repaired. From the day i called about a quote it could have not went smoother. He came over and emailed me within 24 hours with a quote, once we agreed, he gave me a start day for the work. I have used Edil’s services twice already & I’m always impressed on how amazing everything turns out! Edil is professional, punctual, reasonably priced, trustworthy, kind & a hardworking person!! He is a 1 man team & he gets the job done exactly how you want it! No excuses….he shows up on the day & time he schedules, takes no breaks, very quiet & you can see the pride he takes in his job. I had a closet removed from the entrance of the house & a wall put up to turn it into a long entryway. I will definitely be hiring him again on future projects & I highly recommend him!!!
