This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had aa a single woman and a mechanic shop! They were honest, kind fast, friendly and most importantly fair. There was a peace of mind when entering this facility and I cannot recommend them more highly. I wish there was more than five stars to give. Run right on past this repair shop. I should have known the first time we picked up the car after it was "fixed" that there would be an ongoing issue with this company. A gentleman who had just left from the shop, came back immediately with a check engine light now on. We went in for my AC which had stopped working, picked up the car and not five minutes down the road my check engine light came on as well. Took it to AutoZone and had it tested luckily it was nothing to do with the AC. In just one week the AC was out again, after having the compressor replaced. Took it back about 6 to 7 times. The last time we were told it was definitely the c... Run right on past this repair shop. The last time we were told it was definitely the condenser. We let them do the repair and within a day it was back to blowing hot air. Gave them one last time to get it right, they replaced a switch saying that it was getting stuck in heating mode after we were told it was definitely the condenser. Again after picking up the car, driving home it went out again. When we called well bring it back, it's a learning experience for us etc. No, we will not be back. Had we checked the BBB first we would have never gone because someone else had the very same experience with an AC repair. While it may be affordable, we are out $1500 and still with an AC that doesn't work properly.
I was in this shop a couple of Saturdays ago for a vehicle inspection, but they were booked until the following Monday so I made an appointment for that Tuesday. They got me in, offered me coffee and began the inspection. They were able to address the issue that would've kept me from passing and was on my way in less than 1 1/2.
