I would never come here again. For Christmas I was given a beautiful 14k hollow gold necklace and it was my favorite thing to wear. It was until it broke, so I went to go get it fixed and they told me that it was another $200. I wanted it fixed so I payed. Got it back a 3 weeks later and it broke a second time without me even touching it. I went back and one of the workers had the audacity to tell me I probably broke it on purpose and was being too rough with it. I had such a great experience here with girls Keke and Shannon they were awesome! I was just looking and trying to get the feel of an engagement ring and they gave me so much options to look at and even try on. In the process of looking at jewelry I was even able to get free ring cleaning, they left my rings looking so sparkly and clean! Definitely would recommend this place they have a lot of nice stuff and awesome workers

I’ve always been curious about the items sold with this jewelry store and I must say it’s all beautiful. On 10/26/25 I purchased a dainty Emerald necklace during their early Black Friday sale. It’s an investment for sure but it is my birthstone and I love to the idea of having jewelry to pass down. Anyways long story short I was helped by one of their newest employees, Keirstin. She brings brightness to the establishment with her welcoming vibe and gorgeous wardrobe. She made sure I knew exactly how much my payments would be. Which is a big deal to me as a college student.

Great experience with customer service and pricing. This is my 2nd time shopping here for Christmas. I forget the name of the young lady who helped me but was great. Even went above and beyond to wrap my gift for me. This will always be my Jewelry store
