Brought in my Vostok Amphibia diver because the factory bracelet was way too loose—those Russian bracelets can be tricky to size properly at home. The owner at Ecker's adjusted it perfectly while I waited, removing links with expert precision and making sure it fit comfortably on my wrist. Quick, professional, no upsell, and reasonably priced. Now it wears like a dream! This place is a Bethesda gem for any watch needs—highly recommend!

The service and expertise from this establishment is bar none. I have a watch that needed battery replacement, most places I went to found it difficult to open but not here. The guy who worked on my watch had the tools on the ready and very quick to get it fixed for me.
