We got a referral for Viktar from Bertazzoni when we put in a service request. Our oven was not working properly after 5-6 years of heavy use. It needed a new ECU and fan. Viktar diagnosed it quickly and came back to fix it a week later once the factory parts were in. He was fast, efficient, and the price was upfront, straightforward and fair. He came the same day he received my desperate call and eliminated the immediate problem, ordered the part I needed,, and returned a few days later to complete the repair. He is excellent at what he does, on time, honest, friendly, and is very reasonably priced. I asked him to look at several other appliances and he said they didn’t need repairs, even though I would have believed him if he said they needed repairs. He is the best and I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors! Life is better when you know a good appliance repairman!
