I went to Easy Wireless with problems I was having with getting a life line phone n service, the lady working, I believe her name is Lana,cwas so helpful and knowledgeable, first off when I messaged her she got right back with me, next she explained everything I needed to know, she was patient and kind, and helped me pick a new phone, it was all very quick & painless.I love how you have so many choices of phones, and accessories, she got me a real good deal on a new phone, and I love it!!
