Our lawn was suffering. My previous lawn care company kept telling us to be patient and that "things would improve"; but never did. We've been with Eastern for a few months now and our lawn has not looked this good since we bought the house 6 years ago. We're even growing grass in places where it never grew before! Excellent yard and tree service at a reasonable price. We have been with them for nearly 4 years and we’ve had an excellent experience. No company is perfect, but ETM makes every effort to handle the few concerns we have expressed very quickly. I love that they not only offer lawn care but also have the tree and shrub service. They are so fortunate to have staff like Jonathan. His attention to detail has fostered impressive growth of our trees and shrubs over the last few years. I have been using Eastern Turf’s general lawn care services for about a year and a half and I have been happy all around. Prices for applications are reasonable and I often (though not always possible) get the same lawn service tech, Brionna Legette, who messages me by text and leaves instruction papers on my front door. She’s reliable, friendly and helpful! She did a preventative army worm treatment on my lawn this past summer that I requested because last year, when I was receiving services from a different company, my yard was hit with army worms and that past company never communicated with me and my lawn was destroyed, requiring compl... That company also charged more (I believe they estimated my lawn size incorrectly). Update - my yard was becoming infested with a weed that appeared to be invasive pennywort. I texted Brionna and she replied the next day and got my request into the main office and came out herself in very short order to examine the weed and applied a broad leaf spray to it. She communicated well with me and said she would recheck it in 2 weeks and apply a different herbicide if needed. There was no charge for the initial check and spraying! 👍🏼😁 So if you are looking for a company to do your periodic herbicide, fertilizer, lime, etc lawn applications, I recommend calling Eastern Turf 💗
