Andy called out to repair our dishwasher today. The water wasn’t draining as had a blockage (note to always clear plates!) Easy to book visit, he arrived a little early which was great, pleasant to chat to and got the blockage cleared. He hung about to check it was working while another cycle ran. All sorted in good time, thank you Andy!
I was very satisfied with the service Andy provided. He was punctual, good at communicating, and friendly. Though my washing machine wasn't fixable, I felt confident he tried all that he could to do so, and he explained things for me so I could understand what the issue was. He also was willing to provide an invoice that I needed to give to my landlords, making sure to describe the issue so it was clear to them as well.
Andy is brilliant. He persevered with diagnosing and fixing an unusual problem with our washing machine. He made sure we got the new part at the best price. I really appreciated him being able to mend it rather than us have to buy a new one. He also managed to get us another couple of years out of our ancient dryer. Highly recommend.
We would highly recommend Andy to anyone! He was friendly, informative and responded quickly to our call for help regarding our Hisense American-style fridge freezer, which was no longer keeping to temperature. He came round the day after we called him, and quickly diagnosed the fault as a PCB issue. He was honest and open about what he could and could not promise. He ordered the part and came to fit it just three days later. He was polite and courteous, and clean and tidy. He ensured we understood what the issue was, and what the cost would be before committing. We felt his pricing to be fair and transparent. We also felt very comfortable ha...
